There's a chat button everywhere on the site now.

if you have a question while you're browsing, you used to have to find a contact form or dig through the footer. now there's a chat button on every single page. just tap it and type your question.

on a phone, it opens like a text message window. you can see the conversation, type back and forth, and close it when you're done. on a computer, it's a panel that slides in from the side. either way, you're not leaving the page or filling out a form. you're just talking.

this is how customer support should work. you shouldn't have to hunt for help. it should be right there when you need it.
