We run a site where shops in the Coastal Bend get rated. One of them had a perfect 5.0 star rating posted. We looked at it and realized the rating could change as new reviews come in, so keeping the word 'perfect' would be a lie.
We softened the language. Instead of calling it perfect, we're honest about what the rating is and let it shift. If reviews come in and the score drops, the words drop with it.
It's a small thing, but it's how we run. If we say something, it has to stay true.
