We built free call tracking into eleven Coastal Bend service directories

Constellation is a network of eleven local service directories covering trades like roofing, hearing aids, and outdoor lighting across the Coastal Bend. When a homeowner calls a pro through any of the sites, one tracking number logs which directory sent the call and reports it back to both the business and us. No third-party service, no monthly fee, nothing to install separately. Most call tracking runs through a paid middleman. This one is built into the sites.

All eleven directories run on one shared system, so fixes and improvements roll out across all of them at once. Each site keeps its own look, colors, and photos. The outdoor lighting directory shows permanent LED lights on ranch fences, not a studio shot of a light bulb. The redesign uses real local photography throughout, and the layouts are built to read cleanly on a phone.
