we built a tool that lets you download a single file and run it. once you do, we can see your computer screen from our office and fix whatever's wrong.
the whole point is that you don't have to think about it. you call, we send the link, you run the file, and we're in. we can see what's going on and fix it without you having to describe every step or wait for someone to show up at your door.
it's the same remote support we've been doing, just packaged so it actually works the first time.
