We built this so one person could handle the work that usually takes a truck roll and a schedule. The software is ready now. If you're in the Coastal Bend and your computer is acting up, you can get help the same day without anybody driving out.

Here's how it works. You run a quick installer on your machine. It sets up a connection between your computer and ours. When you need help, you call. We take it from there. The whole thing runs quietly in the background and doesn't slow your machine down.

This only works if you have the right setup on our end. We do. We've been running this ourselves for months before we let other people use it.
