We built a Windows app you can download and install right now. When something breaks on your machine, you run it, and we connect to your computer over the internet and fix it while you watch.
The app handles all the setup automatically. You don't need to understand what's happening. Just install, click when we ask, and your problem goes away.
This is what we've been building in the background for months. It works. We're shipping it because it's solid, not because we hit some date.
