We run a local business directory for the Coastal Bend. You can search it to find services and professionals. We added four new categories: AI automation (software that handles repetitive tasks), AI phone answering (a system that picks up calls and routes them), workflow automation (software that connects your business tools together), and AI consulting (helping you figure out where automation makes sense).
These aren't made-up categories. They're grounded in real work we do. We use AI to answer our own calls when we're busy. We build custom software for local shops that handles their repetitive work. Real tools, real results, no empty promises.
Spanish-speaking folks looking for automatización or consultoría de IA will find these categories too. Every category has fact sheets and FAQs so a local business knows what they're getting into before they call.
