We used to offer PayPal and another payment processor on our claim site. PayPal kept breaking in ways we couldn't control, so we removed it. The other processor works, it's fast, and it doesn't surprise us at 2am.
If you were using PayPal, you'll need to use a card. It's one less choice, but the checkout is cleaner and it actually works.
