July is reunion season. Family reunions, class reunions, military reunions. People want photos printed on mugs, magnets, plaques. They want something to take home that reminds them of the day. We've shipped a bunch of magnets to reunions this month.
Weddings are happening too. Couples order thank-you gifts for their wedding party. Custom mugs with the wedding date. Photo plaques for the reception. One bride ordered 25 mugs for her bridesmaids with a photo from her engagement shoot. Those orders are fun because they matter to someone.
The weird one this month was a guy who ordered 100 custom mugs with his dog's face on them. Not for a business. Just because he loves his dog. He gave them to friends and family. I don't know if that's the best or worst use of a custom mug, but it made me smile.
