Jobs Board · NPCLocal

When a job comes in, workers get called twice, and the shop knows who said yes.

A missed call doesn't mean a lost lead, and the shop can see which worker is actually taking the job.

New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

When a job comes in and we offer it to a worker, we call him. If he doesn't pick up, we call again. That's it. Two rings. If he misses both, the job goes to the next worker on the list.

The shop can see exactly who accepted the work and what they committed to when they hit yes. No confusion about who's supposed to show up, and no worker wondering whether the job is really his or whether someone else took it.

This cuts down on the back-and-forth. A worker knows when he accepts a job that he owns it, and the shop knows who to call when something comes up.
