You post a job online looking for someone to fix your roof. A contractor calls. But the notification on your phone just says someone called, with no way to remember which job they're calling about.
That's fixed. When a pro calls you back, the notification shows the actual job title and what you asked for. You don't have to guess whether they're calling about the roof, the plumbing, or something else entirely.
It sounds small, but it matters when you have multiple jobs posted at the same time. You answer the phone already knowing what they're interested in.
