When you call a shop from our directory, they know it came from us.

For the last few weeks, when you tapped the phone number on a business listing, we weren't tracking that you called. That's fixed now. When you tap the phone number, we record it so the shop knows the call came from our directory.

This matters because a shop owner needs to know which listings bring in real calls. If a listing works, they keep it. If it doesn't, they try something else. They can actually see that.

We also expanded it so every business page tracks calls, not just the ones the shop claimed as their own. If you're a plumber in Corpus Christi and someone calls you from the directory, we record it either way.
