Air conditioning pros know that salt air corrodes AC units faster than it does inland. Outdoor lighting companies know that coastal wind matters. We added that stuff to the website so when you're looking for a pro, you see answers to the questions that actually matter to you, not generic national answers.
We built this by talking to local pros and writing down what they know. A question about air conditioning maintenance gets answered by someone who works on the salt air problem every day. A question about outdoor lighting gets answered by someone who knows ranch properties and hurricane season.
It's a small thing, but it changes how useful the site is. You're not reading a Wikipedia page. You're reading what your neighbors would tell you.
