You can message us from anywhere on the site now.

If you're looking at something on our site and you have a quick question, there's now a chat button right there. Click it and a message window opens. You can ask us anything without hunting for a contact form or digging through menus.

On your phone, it works like a real text conversation. The window slides up from the bottom like you'd expect, not some weird floating box in the middle of the screen. We stripped out all the clutter so you're just typing and sending.

We also fixed bugs where the button stopped working after you used it once, or it was hiding in the wrong place. It's one of those things that should have been obvious from day one.
