We put a chat button on the repair guide and pricing page. If you have a question while you're looking at what we charge or how we work, you can message us without leaving where you are. It's a real person who answers, not a robot.

On a phone, the button sits at the bottom of your screen and opens a window that doesn't take over the whole page. You can still scroll and read while you wait for an answer. On a computer it works the same way.

This is the same chat the shop uses to talk to customers all day. When you send a message, the owner sees it and gets back to you as soon as he can.
