If you tried to contact a roofer, plumber, or electrician through our site in the last month and they never called back, your message got lost. We had a system that takes your contact info and sends it to the pro. It broke on June 30 and stayed broken for a month.
We found what was wrong, fixed it, and made sure it works now. When you fill out a form to reach a pro, that message gets to them. They see it. They can call you back.
If you sent a request during that month and never heard anything, try again. The pro probably never saw your first one. We're sorry.
