For you, this means the contractors who stay active on the site are the ones actually getting hired. It's a small signal, but it matters. A listing that gets calls will look different than one that sits quiet.
We use simple tracking tied to the phone links on the site. Nothing creepy. It's free for contractors and helps them decide where to show up.
