When you click a phone number on our site to call a local pro, we keep a record that you clicked it. That's all. You can see if the call button worked or if something broke.

This matters because you've probably dialed and wondered if they even got it. Did the number work? Did they ignore it? Now you know. If a call didn't go through, you can try again or pick someone else instead of waiting around.

We're not listening to the calls or recording anything. We just keep track of whether the button worked. You click, we note it, you call. That's the whole story.
