You find a business with no online listing.

You get a form to contact them instead of a wrong number. The business gets your message directly. Or you can call someone else who's ready to answer.

Heron stands in marshland with sunset and windmill in the background.

When you search for a plumber or electrician online and land on a business that hasn't set up their listing yet, you used to get a phone number. That number was ours, not theirs. We'd take your message and try to pass it along. It was clunky.

Now when you hit a business with no listing, you see a form. You fill in what you need, and that message goes straight to the business. No middleman. If they've already set up their listing, you get their real number and their hours and photos. If they haven't, the form reaches them directly.

You also see other plumbers or electricians in that same area who are ready to answer. So you're not stuck waiting for someone who might not respond. You can call someone who's set up to take your call.
