The website used to fill in gaps with guesses. A plumber might show up in a town even if they didn't actually work there, because a search engine said they might. We stopped doing that. If a business isn't in a town with an actual address, it doesn't appear in that town's listing.
It means the listing is smaller, but it's honest. You find real people who actually work where you are.
