NPCLocal is a site where local service professionals like plumbers, roofers, and electricians post their information so people can find them. A plumber in Corpus Christi creates a profile page on our site. Someone reads it, sees the phone number, and calls them. Until now, the plumber had no way to know that call came from us.
That changes today. When someone taps the phone number on a profile page, we count it. A real count. No guessing. The plumber can see how many calls came from our site, which means they can decide if keeping their profile updated is worth their time.
This matters because a professional needs to know if the work is real. We needed to build something honest, not just a number that sounds good. This is it.
