A listing can look good on the page and still go nowhere. We built a way to see when someone clicks on a local pro's listing and actually reaches out to them. That tells us what's working.

For the pros listed with us, that means we can see which listings get real clicks and phone calls, and which ones don't. For you, it means the listings get better over time because we're watching what people actually do, not making guesses.

We're still early on this. But we're starting to see patterns: which services get clicked most, which neighborhoods have the most demand, and where we're missing pros altogether.
