You book a job and pay extra to get it done fast. The tech accepts and agrees to the deadline. If the work doesn't happen by then, the extra money you paid for speed comes back to your account.
The system tracks the deadline the moment you book. The tech sees it when they accept the job. If they miss it, the rush premium refunds automatically at the point of payment, and the tech doesn't get that extra money. The base pay stays the same either way.
This keeps things honest. A tech only gets the speed bonus if they actually deliver speed.
