For The Pros · NPCLocal

You get refunded if a rush job misses its deadline.

Customers pay extra for speed. If the tech can't deliver on time, the customer gets their rush money back and the tech gets nothing for the rush.

Rush work costs more because speed has a real cost. A customer pays extra for a same-day turnaround or a weekend finish. But what happens if the job slips. We built it so the money follows the promise: if the deadline passes and the work isn't done, the customer's rush surcharge gets refunded. The tech doesn't get paid for the speed premium they didn't deliver.

This keeps rush pricing honest. Customers know they're protected if something goes wrong. Techs know they only get rush pay when they actually finish on time. And the system handles the refund without anyone having to argue about it.

It's a clean rule: you promise speed, you deliver speed, you get paid for speed. Miss the window, the customer gets their money back.
