You get your money back if we miss a rush job.
If a worker can't make your tight window, the rush fee comes off your card and the job opens up again.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

You need something fast. You book a rush job, pay extra for speed, and count on it happening in the window you set. If the worker accepts the job but then misses that window, you get the rush money back. No argument, no wait.
The base cost for the work stays with the worker because they earned it. But the speed premium comes back to you. It's a simple promise: if we don't deliver on the deadline you paid for, you don't pay for the deadline.
This matters because rush jobs are real commitments. You're counting on something to happen by a certain time, and we know that. If we can't hold up our end, the money should be yours again.
