If you book a repair through our website and the repair person cancels or you change your mind, the money comes back to your account within 48 hours. No forms, no phone calls, no fighting about it.
We built this because most repair shops make you jump through hoops to get a refund, and that's stupid. You paid for a service that didn't happen. You should get it back fast.
The repair person still gets paid if they showed up and did work. The refund only kicks in if the job never happened or you both agreed to cancel. It's built into every booking on our site.
