When you tap a phone number to call a plumber or HVAC shop, we keep track of it. The pro gets a message that says you found them through us, what service you were looking for, and whether you actually reached them. That's it. No recording, no creepy stuff.
Before this, a pro had no idea if calls came from our site or from a yard sign or word of mouth. Now they know. And we know which pros are getting real interest. If ten people search for HVAC repair in Robstown but nobody calls the first guy, we see that. If the second guy gets eight calls, we see that too.
