You only see 'Call a Pro' when someone answers.

You search for a plumber on our website and hit 'Call a Pro'. The button used to show up whether or not we had anyone signed up for that job. Now it only appears if someone's actually there to take the call.

Before, we'd give you a generic search link and hope you'd find the right person. That wasted your time. Now if nobody's signed up for what you need, you get a direct link to Google or a form to fill out. If someone is signed up, you call them straight.

It's small, but it cuts wrong numbers and dead ends. We'd rather send you somewhere that works than pretend we have someone standing by when we don't.
