You only see the Call button when someone is there.

North Point Computers runs a local service directory. When you search for a computer shop in Alice and find us, you used to see a Call button whether or not anyone was in the shop to pick up. That wasted your time.

Now the button only shows up when a tech is actually staffed and ready to take calls. If no one is there, you get a link to find us on Google instead.
