Post a job once. Reach bilingual workers in the Coastal Bend.

Rural landscape with trees, windmill, and sun setting behind distant hills.

We're building Spanish support into the jobs board. You post a job in English. Workers who speak Spanish will see it in Spanish if that's what they prefer. The apply form works both ways. No double-posting. No managing two boards.

Why this matters: the Coastal Bend is bilingual. Half the skilled trades people here speak Spanish first. We were leaving them out. Now a plumber posting an opening reaches everyone in town.

How it helps: you post once on /jobs. We handle the translation on the seeker side. Applicants get a safety summary in their language. Employers see all the applications in one inbox. The job posting itself stays exactly as you wrote it.

This is R7 of the jobs board. We've been shipping job safety features, featured placement, and payment bundles. Bilingual reach is the next piece.
