Stock photo sites are full of pictures of people fixing computers. They all look the same. We used to pull from them because it was easier than taking real photos.
We stopped. Every image on our site is a photo we took. The shop, the workspace, the work in progress, the people who work here. It matters because you can actually see what you're walking into, not some airbrushed fantasy.
It takes longer to load the site and longer to write copy around real photos. Worth it.
