We put pricing numbers on northpointcomputers.com. It took a while to get there because we had to make sure the numbers were honest and didn't hide anything.

If you need a computer fixed or want to know what ongoing IT support costs, you can see the ballpark on the pricing page. Residential repair is one price. Business IT support is another. We break it down by service so you know what you're paying for. The numbers are what we actually charge, not a low bait that goes up at checkout.

We also fixed our hours on the site. We are open 10 to 7 on weekdays and 1 to 6 on Saturday. The site says that instead of the old 9 to 5 that was never right. Small stuff, but it matters when you're trying to reach us.
