Countryside scene with trees, a windmill, and a winding dirt road.

When you post a job on our site, the form includes a legal notice about who the employer will and won't discriminate against. It lists race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, and more. It's right there at the top. No fine print.

The notice shows up by default when someone creates a job post. They can delete it if they want, but most don't. That way you know upfront what the law says they have to do.

It's a small thing, but it matters. You're not guessing whether a place will treat you fair. They're saying it in writing before you even apply.
