We built a price tracker that watches what people in the Coastal Bend actually pay for repairs, installs, and service calls. You see honest price ranges for each trade in each city. No names attached, no tracking anyone, just patterns that help you know if a quote sounds reasonable.

The data comes from people like you. When you get an estimate on NPCLocal, you can say if it was close to fair or way off. We collect that feedback, strip out anything that could identify you, and show the price ranges at the top of the page.

It's not perfect yet. We need more data to make the ranges tight in smaller towns. But it beats guessing or trusting an AI that's never been to Alice.
