We look at the language, the structure, the claims in each post. We're not perfect, but we catch the ones that don't add up. Posts with red flags get marked.
The warning doesn't stop you from applying. You're in charge. But most people skip the marked ones. That means fewer bad posts in your inbox and more time for real jobs.
