You spot a scam job before you apply.
We check every posting on our job board. A safety check shows you red flags. We flag bad ones and explain why.

Job posts that look too good to be true usually are. Someone in Alice or Corpus Christi sees a listing and feels something is off, but they post anyway because they need work. We built a system that screens every job post for common scam patterns: upfront fees, vague descriptions, requests for personal info before an interview, that kind of thing.
When we catch a sketchy post, we flag it with a clear reason. You can still read it, but you see the warning first. We also explain what to watch for so you can spot the next one yourself. The goal is not to censor, but to keep the board honest and protect people who are desperate.
This is a work in progress. Scammers change tactics. If you see something we missed, tell us. The board is only as good as the people who use it.
