You spot a scam job before you apply.

We warn you when something looks wrong. A safety system checks every job posting. It catches red flags. Sketchy posts get reviewed by hand before we publish them.

Job scams follow patterns. Too-good-to-be-true pay. Vague descriptions. Requests for money upfront. We trained a system to spot them. When you look at a job, you'll see a warning if something looks off. If a posting is really sketchy, we hold it and review it by hand before we publish it.

This isn't perfect. Nothing is. But it stops the worst stuff and gives you a heads-up on the sketchy posts that slip through. You can still apply if you want. The warning is just a heads-up.

We don't rank jobs by quality or check out the employers. We stay neutral. But we do keep the obvious scams off the site.
