You won't see perfect ratings here.

A 5.0 star review is rare. It gets rarer with honesty. We tell you how ratings work.

We run a site called Lowbies where LED and digital sign shops post their work and get rated by customers. One of the shops had a 5.0 star rating and we had language that said it was perfect. That wasn't right.

A perfect 5.0 rating is almost impossible if you're doing real work for real people. Someone will always have a complaint or a day where things didn't go smoothly. If a shop claims perfect, they're either brand new or they're not being honest.

We softened the language. A 5.0 rating is still great. It just means the shop does good work and stands behind it. That's enough. You can see shops and ratings at lowbies.com.
