You won't see us claim perfect.
We keep it honest. A 5.0 star rating is rare. It gets rarer.

We used to say we had a perfect 5.0 star rating. It was true at the time. But ratings drift. One bad day, one unhappy customer, and perfect becomes a 4.9. We kept saying 5.0 and it got weird. So we changed the wording.
Now we say something truer: our rating is honest. We show what people actually think. A 5.0 is rare in any business. It gets rarer as you grow. We'd rather tell you the real number and let you decide if it matters.
It's a small thing but it matters to us. If we say something, it should stay true.
