Back on June 30, something broke in how we track leads. A customer would tap a plumber's phone number on our directory, the call would go through, but the plumber wouldn't see that the lead came from us. For a month we were sending customers to good people and getting no signal back. That's a problem we had to solve.
We rebuilt the whole system from scratch. The new system counts real human page views, not fake clicks or fraud. It records every phone tap, not just the ones a business claims happened. And it separates real human traffic from fake clicks so a plumber in Corpus Christi can actually trust the numbers. The goal is simple: if someone calls because they found you on our site, you know it.
This matters because the pros who use our directory are betting their time on us. If we tell them they got five leads last week and they only remember two calls, they stop checking back. Now when a lead comes in, it's real, and both sides know where the call came from.
