When you search Google for "plumber in Corpus Christi," you see results ranked by relevance. We changed how our business listings appear in those results. The town name comes first.
Google's search engine reads the text it shows you in the results. If it says "Corpus Christi Plumbing" instead of "NPCLocal - Corpus Christi," Google knows it matches what you searched for. It ranks it higher.
We also rewrote the descriptions under each result to match what people actually type into Google. A plumber in Calallen shows up as a plumber in Calallen, not as a generic service listing.
