New Services · NPCLocal
Your calls get logged when someone calls you through the local directory.
For two weeks, the system wasn't recording when someone actually called a business. That's working now.
New here? NPCLocal is our local-services site that connects Coastal Bend folks with local pros, plus a jobs board.

For the last couple of weeks, if you listed a service on our local business directory and someone called you through it, we weren't recording it right. The call log went dark on June 30 and stayed that way. We caught it and fixed it today.
What that means is simple: if you list a service and someone taps your number, we log it the way we should. You can see how many real calls came through. The system can tell the difference between someone who actually called you and someone who just clicked around.
It's the kind of thing that matters when you're trying to know if the directory is worth your time. We're sorry it was broken for two weeks.
