When we fix your computer over the internet, our technician might hit a problem that needs a stronger tool. Before, they had to stop, ask me for permission, and wait. Now they can upgrade their tools right there without pausing the repair.
We also fixed a bug that broke the simple support mode. If you call in with a basic problem, the technician can start helping right away without a long setup process. That's back and running.
This is behind the scenes, but it means your repair gets done faster and smoother. Less waiting, more fixing.
