We built a new app for technicians who fix computers remotely over the internet. Instead of jumping between browser tabs and windows, you get one app built for that job.
The app handles the whole repair: you see the customer's screen, control their mouse and keyboard, and manage the session from one place. It's the kind of thing that sounds small until you're doing this work all day and suddenly you're not hunting for windows anymore.
If you're doing remote computer support in the Coastal Bend, the app is available to try.
