When you call us with a computer problem, we connect to your screen and keyboard over the internet. You sit and watch us fix it. The catch was always the lag. You click, we see it a split second later. It adds up over twenty minutes of troubleshooting.
We made that delay smaller this week. When you move your mouse or type, we see it faster now. The whole session feels less frustrating.
We also made sure the app stays running after you restart your computer, so we don't have to walk you through setup again. And we added a proper installer for our technicians, so we can set it up faster when we hire new people.
