You get a slow computer or a virus or something weird happens. Instead of waiting for a tech to drive out, you install our app, we connect to your computer over the internet, and we fix it while you watch. No house call. No waiting.

We spent the last week making sure the install works clean, the connection is fast, and it doesn't cause problems with Windows security software. We also built an easier way for our support team to set this up when someone calls. When you first run the app, Windows will ask if you trust it. That's normal and it's safe.

This is one of those things we built because we got tired of the old way. Now you can use it too.
