We built an app you can download. When your computer breaks, you run it and we can see your screen from here in Alice. We fix the problem while you watch. Takes about twenty minutes instead of waiting three days for someone to drive out.

The app is small. You can close it anytime. We can't see your files or passwords unless you're looking at them with us. We're not poking around your hard drive. You stay in control the whole time.

This is what we've been building on the weekends for the last few months. It works now. If your machine breaks, you don't have to take it somewhere or wait for a house call.
