We shipped a remote support app this week for Windows computers. You download a small file, run it once, and we can see your screen and fix problems from our office.
The whole setup takes a few minutes. No admin password required, no weird workarounds. When you're done, the app sits there and waits. Next time something goes wrong, you just let us in and we handle it.
This means you don't call us to come out to your house. You stay home, we fix it from here.
