Most remote support tools make you give the technician full control of your computer before they can fix anything. That's a security wall that makes sense, but it also means a lot of people give up and call someone to come out instead. We built a different way. You download and run our app, we connect to your machine over the internet, and we fix what's broken without needing your full permission.
The app feels like a normal Windows program. It starts clean, stays connected even if you restart your computer, and switches between you and the technician without the usual back-and-forth. We spent the last week making sure it looks and feels simple, not like you're running some technical debug tool.
This sounds easy until you actually ship it. Making it work with Windows the right way, keeping it secure, and making sure it survives a restart took a lot of testing and rewrites. But the payoff is real: someone in Alice, Texas can call us with a virus, a slow machine, or a dead printer, and we're in there fixing it inside an hour without ever taking over their whole computer.
