The app works on most systems. You approve the connection, we see your screen and control your keyboard and mouse, and you watch it happen. When we're done, we disconnect. Everything stays on your machine. We don't keep copies or sneak in hidden access points.

Setup takes a few minutes. If you get stuck, we can walk you through it by phone or chat. Most repairs happen the same day you call.
